How I work

Jungian-Depth Psychology—Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP)—Existentialism

As a psychotherapist, my area of focus is in Jungian, depth psychology, AEDP and Existentialism. This means in our work together we explore the unconscious, working with feelings and the body, dreams and archetypes to help you uncover hidden parts of yourself that need expression. I believe this journey can lead to meaningful personal growth and transformation. Together, we'll work on integrating these insights into your daily life, helping you build stronger connections with yourself and others. I use Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), as a vehicle in focusing on somatic body processing, therefore accessing unconsious parts of the Self. This approach involves tuning into your body's sensations and emotions, understanding their messages, and releasing any stored trauma. By connecting with your bodily experiences, you can achieve profound emotional breakthroughs and a renewed sense of vitality. Combining these two methods, I offer a unique approach that addresses both the mind and body. My goal is to create a compassionate and supportive space where you can explore your inner world and physical experiences. Through this holistic process, I aim to support you towards greater self-awareness, emotional healing, and overall well-being.

I work best with individuals and couples who are seeking to look beyond their symptoms and explore the deeper origins of their suffering. By addressing the root causes of our struggles, we can more effectively work on what truly needs attention in this life. Both modern research and traditional psychoanalytic wisdom reveal that much of our experience is shaped by unconscious forces, with only a small portion of awareness guiding us through life’s complexities. Because of these blind spots, we often need support in uncovering parts of ourselves that remain hidden or dynamics that we have yet to understand. By expanding our awareness, we can cultivate acceptance and live a more harmonious life, both within ourselves and in relation to the world around us. As social, intimate, and interdependent beings, we grow best in relationships that are caring, real, attuned, and supportive. It is my honor and privilege to meet clients in this space and accompany them on their path to healing and wholeness.
