From an early age, I recognized that my path was to be a therapist. Possessing a natural empathy and an acute awareness of others, I was deeply drawn to the intricacies of human experience, relationships and concern over our collective well-being. In my teens, it became clear that psychotherapy was not just a profession, but a vocation that would allow me to integrate my enduring fascination with spirituality, philosophy, and psychology. Over time, these disciplines converged into a unified path, both professionally and personally, guiding me toward greater self-awareness and the pursuit of deeper truths. The pursuit of truth and healing solidified my practice in psychotherapy first as a client and then practitioner. My trust in the healing process of psychotherapy is not merely an intellectual pursuit; it is grounded in the personal healing I’ve undergone in my own journey. This lived experience fuels my deep conviction in the transformative potential of therapy. It is both my privilege and my passion to offer this process as a way to support, connect with, and serve others on their paths toward growth and self-discovery. I believe our born state is free and loving, and that our natural inclination as a human being arcs towards healing and wholeness. We just sometimes need the support of each other and time and space to heal.
